Synopsis:
The Monarch is really unlucky when it comes to the power of intuition. Either Ladybug's Lucky Charm constantly adapts to the situation, or Cat Noir's unpredictability spoils everything at the last second! But when the Tsurugi techs decide to test their new space plane, Monarch senses a unique opportunity to get a real second chance. He is ready to do anything, even if it means it could be his last chance to get hold of Miraculous.

Tomoe Tsurugi had an intuition that the Monarch was hiding something from her, and then he was able to hear his quickened heartbeat, prompting him to tell her that there wasn't much time left to take possession of the Miraculous.
Monarch manipulated AD's intuition and she hurriedly headed into space, if Claudia had thought of what Ladybug herself had suggested earlier, then Ladybug wouldn't have had to save her.
Because of their conditions, Gabriel and Nathalie were afraid of Adrien being alone, when if they had used their intuition, they would have realized that Adrien being alone would be the least of their problems.
And the words Second Chance referring to how many of these conditions were lost, gone, people didn't accept them or they did:
Gabriel and Nathalie had many opportunities to realize that what they were doing was wrong and to admit what they had done.
In "Passion", when Nathalie was akumatized, she had the option to tell Lady Noir and Mr. Bug everything she played on it, then it wouldn't be any other way.

Adrien didn't tell his friends that he didn't want to go on his father's journey, that he was still in Paris, or that he told everyone else that he was responsible (in part) for Monarch gaining so much power.
After the events of "Destruction", neither Ladybug nor Cat Noir took the opportunity to check with their kwami or guardians to see if there was another way to reverse the Monarch's affliction without Berucha's power or Supreme Power.
